Celebrate and Reach Out Patient group networks and communities Wednesday 1 st June 2016 Starting at 12.00pm Carlisle Business Centre Carlisle Road, Bradford, BD8 8BD It is Participation Awareness Week in June and the Patient Networks in Bradford are celebrating the work that patient groups, volunteers, champions and community groups do to make a difference to the health services in their area. Come join us and hear about how you can get involved, share your achievements, hear what others have been doing and celebrate the great work we all do together in our communities.
