Renewed Vision after 2013

SIMPLIFIED ENGAGEMENT We have to make it easy and simple for one to become a member and be active in CDYAP. Let us not complicate our processes in running the organization while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in the conduct of our activities.

PROJECTS (noun) WITH IMPACT PROJECT (verb) WITH IMPACT We have to understand as well that most of our youth are either in school or working thus their time is limited. Because of this, we have to ensure that our projects do not take much of one member or officer’s time while ensuring that while we may launch only a few projects, we are able to create an impact through these few projects and the projection of these events to the media has an impact to our brand of youth engagement.

Plan-Execution Strategy Membership, Recruitment and Training Quality Plan Financial and Administrative Plan Communications Plan Special Projects Plan
