EHC Plans They will make sure you get all the help and support you need while you are at school, college or university. Aspirations Targets Resources Support Outcomes Health needs Social needs

It is likely that at your next Annual Review a new EHC plan will be made for you. It is VERY important for you to attend. You will be able to tell the people writing the plan what you have achieved what you are good at
