6 Countries (15) supported by the SHOCS project were: Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Cuba, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent and Grenadines, Suriname and Trinidad and Tobago; Participation of Anguilla, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands was supported by CMO. Participation of Curacao was supported by FMI.
09/06/20167 A questionnaire was sent in advance to perform a ‘Gap’ analysis on the state of QMS blocks at each participating Meteorological Institute/Office. In the gap analysis the QMS implementation was divided 26 blocks. Each country estimated its level of readiness (0-10) in each block.
