The Problem The problem is that I don't know if I want to pursue a career using computers and I need to find ways to find out if I want to have a career using computers.

Algorithm 1 A solution to my problem could be that I research personality traits to see if I fit the attributes needed for computer careers. Then do a chart for the traits that I have and the traits I don’t have.

My uncle works with computers as his job. I could interview him and ask him questions about that job. I could ask him the pros and cons about being on a computer that much. Im could also ask him if he would recommend a job using computers for me. Algorithm 2

Algorithm 3 I could take an online career quiz that helps you get an idea on jobs that are within your interests.

I chose Algorithm 1 Algorithm one was the solution where I would research different attributes needed for computer jobs and see if I possess those same traits.

As I researched Computer career attributes, I learned that I do not have many attributes that is required to have when in a computer career. Some of those attributes are having a passion for computers. I enjoy using them but I do not have a passion for them. Another trait is that you need to have patients which once again I do not have. Overall I do not think a computer career is right for me. Answer

Pros It will show me if this job will be aggravating to me I will know if it fits my personality Doesn't give me information about tasks you would have to complete which could change my thoughts about that career Cons

Improvements My algorithm could use some adjustments to make it more effective. While researching for traits needed for a computer job I could also search: average payment, working hours, and tasks that are completed daily. All these questions will teach me more about the basics of the job and itll help me figure out if i would like to pursue a career using computers.
