MONDAY AND TUESDAY, APRIL 11-12: FIND 2 News (current events) Articles—Same Topic-- different newspapers, no more than three months old From The Houston Chronicle (or other city paper), The New York Times, The Washington Post, USA Today, and BBC (Europe)News; yes, YOU MUST USE THESE ON-LINE NEWSPAPERS!! Start with a BIG newspaper to find a good article; then once you have a topic and article, go to Chronicle or another city paper. Make sure it is NOT the exact same, word-for-word article the smaller newspaper picked up from the Associated Press. If time allows today, PRINT BOTH ARTICLES to library.
