 The World’s population was 7 billion people or 7,000,000,000 people

Of the world’s population,  3,500,000,000 are male That means…  3,500,000,000 are female  5,810,000,000 would be able to read and write That means…  1,190,000,000 would not be able to read and write

 Let’s imagine the whole world as a village of just 100 people.  So, each one of the people in the village would represent about : 70 million (70,000,000) people. To get a better idea: Glen Ellyn’s population is 27,650 Chicago’s population is 2,707,120
