Brief Review of Project Charter  Reduce the work time of overtime employees, i.e. Site Leader, Assistant Site Leader and Site Team Leader to 40 hours/week.  Analyze the working scheme of the employees as defined by their job designation.  Provide solutions to above mentioned employees and Goodwill Industries to help reassign day-to-day responsibilities to appropriate employees.  Increase annual profit of Goodwill Industries in the long run by implementing the Lean Six Sigma methodology

Data Collection Time (min) from the time of opening to the closing of store utilized by site leader, assistant site leader and team leader. Observe time (min) used for different store operations according to the allocated time in Kanban list. Data collected for 1 week in different stores according to store sales volume. Data are recorded in paper form and later compared with previous time study done.
