Background The 2014 budget is almost finalized and MARCOM will have funding for a variety of activities which have either not been done or were done on a voluntary “best effort” basis until now. This presentation identifies a list of the major areas where MARCOM should focus. We may consider identifying individuals or partners to take the lead in each of these areas. My intention is to produce an additional slide for each area to list the subtasks Feedback is more than welcome.
