Team member roles: key skills ALL team members – thorough understanding of current practice and key challenges in the project domain Coordinator – leadership, communication and project management skills Website correspondent – skilled in digital literacy; good eye for web design Second language documentalist – at least C1 level in written production Communications person – skilled in social media and use of online networks Teams: 4 experts from DIFFERENT ECML member states
