Introduction This project for Abdulhadi Bohligah Establishment Aims to provide Employee Management System

Establishment Background Name: Abdulhadi Bohligah establishment Established: in Owner: Abdulhadi Bohligah. Location: in Al-Hufuf, Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia. Business type: Trading and contracting. No. of branches : two branches. No. of workers: 24 workers.

How did we pick this business? This est. is owned by my father The est. is growing and it gets more difficult to manage the employees This System will be very helpful

Phase I: Project Planning Phase 1. Defining the Problem: –all the operation was done manually –Top Manager decides to automate the est. operations starting with Employee IS –Help to manage the operations related to the employees 2.Anticipated Business Benefits: –Reduce Errors caused by their current manual system. –Ease their processes and safe time. –Manage the employees' salary. 3- System Capabilities Keep track with the employees' records Manage the payroll system electronically Performance Evaluation for bonuses or deductions. Be able to handle the increase in the number of employees.

Planning Phase 4- Confirming Project Feasibility –Economic Feasibility: Developing the system will be relatively costly because the est. doesn’t have an existing system which means purchasing hardware will have the major weight. Other costs : Software and license Training the users Travel Utilities and tools But this won’t be very effective because the system will be relatively small

Planning Phase – Technological Feasibility: As in the Economic Feasibility, we need to purchase almost all hardware – Schedule Feasibility: The dead line will be after 6 months from starting the project, which is very suitable for this system – Resource Feasibility: Because of the distance between the est. and our group project, we will face a problem in meeting the users. So we need to be accurate in gathering the info.

Planning Phase 5- Staffing the project: The project will be organized between the members of the group project( Mohammed & Abdullah ). 6- Lunching the project: The scope is defined, feasibility, team members and detailed schedule has been developed. We can start with the analysis phase.

Phase II: Analysis Phase 1- Gathering information: We get the information needed in two meetings with Mr. Hussain Bohligah. The System should: –Allow the HR employees to enter a data of all employees and for any new employee. –Be able to search for an employee by entering his name or ID. –Allow HR employees to update employees information –Automatically produce a detailed report salary –Automatically produce a vacation message notification to HR The HR Employees: 1.Mr. Hussain Bohligah : the manager 2.Mr. Tariq : an HR employee.
