Phase 1: Training Plan Development Goals Partner with customer to create a plan to meet the organization’s specific training needs Ensuring staff is properly trained on how to address applicable accessibility requirements Address refresher training cadence Define training gateways (new hire, internal role transfers, etc.) Deliverable(s): Training Plan Could include: custom and stock courses, onsite and online course delivery, and customized supporting course materials Training Schedule Detailed Project Plan
Phase 2: Training Design Development Goals Define the training delivery environment and technical specifications Define training goals and objectives Outline the training content Define relevant accessibility requirements for audience Deliverable(s): Training Requirements Document Training Design Document
Phase 3: Storyboard Development & Review Goals Outline training design requirements into a storyboard Gain customer approval of approach Ensure alignment on training goals, objectives, etc. Deliverable(s): Training Storyboard Customer Approval/Sign-Off of Storyboard
Goals Build Training Materials from approved Storyboard Iterate with customer to ensure all requirements are properly addressed Deliverable(s): Finalized Training Course Materials Phase 4: Training Course Development
Phase 5: Training Delivery Goals Deliver training based on the project and customer specific requirements Deliverable(s): Could be one or all of the following formats: On-Site Instructor Led Training Web-Based Self Paced Training
