Gila bicolor isolata *
Put them together and what do you get? Gila bicolor isolata Eukaryota domain Animal Kingdom Bilateria subkingdom Deuterostomia branch Chordonia infrakingdom Chordata phylum Vertebrata subphylum Gnathostomata infraphylum Osteichthyes class Actinopteryqii subclass Actinopteri ifraclass Clupeocephala cohort Cypriniformes order Cyprinidae family Gila genus Specific name: bicolor Subspecies: isolata
It was located in marshes of Independence Valley and also Warm Springs, both located in Nevada
“Abundant” when first collected 1965 is when the fish were first collected, not necessarily when the species began
Could not find
In 1975 (in case you didn’t get that from time frame) It was killed because of the introduction of other fish such as sunfish, bass, and carp.
Could not find, but I assume it might have looked like other tui chubs
Not immediately, but because they are the cause of extinction, sunfish, bass, and carp.
