Welcome Home Parties or Deployment Ceremonies) Uses only the primary form of communication listed per recipient Emergency (ex. Inform FRG members of cancellation of meetings) Uses all forms of communication listed; phone, cell, s, etc.

Super User (Top): This position is the highest administrator level, and has the ability to update the Recipient list, send both Emergency and Outreach messages to all Recipients, and can create other admins. Administrator Levels & Privileges Admin rights flow down the hierarchy: An admin for a Brigade-level Unit will also have access to the Battalion- and Company-level Units underneath, allowing them to manage the Recipients as well as send messages targeted to just that Unit. Recipient: This person does not have any administrative rights within the eArmy system and can only receive messages.
