The job is a development role to give you the skills and experience to move forward whether you have worked before or not. We are looking at your life and people skills – not qualifications or work history. You will be part of a supportive team who will make sure that people using services are listened to & you grow & develop in the role. The Job: To be a link between members of Torbay Voice (a group of people who use or have used supportive services in Torbay) and Torbay Council and key partners. Main Role: To go out to supportive services and to encourage people to get involved. About You: You will be using a supportive service or have been in the past 2 years, this could include housing support, physical or learning disability, older people, mental health, drug & alcohol, criminal justice, domestic violence or one of the other supportive services.
