Secretary and Treasurer Secretary  Regular update club about GM timings, club matters  Collate hours and attendance for entire club Treasurer  Handle and manage financial matters  Handle reimbursement  Able to handle big sums ( < $1000)  Flexible in order to work around budget constraints)

CSDs and IUDs IUDs  Liaising with external organisation  Plan pre trip, actual trip, post trip  Making trip enjoyable, beneficial and leading a motivated team CSDs  Organise Major Club Events (eg. YGH, DITD, Camp)  Good at project management, people management  Refreshing, fun and interesting  Dedicated to go through the high and lows of project planning

SC ICs Collate hours for all members within SC Ensure SC is bonded Organise games/ outings/ SC CIPs
