Pat Chapman-Pincher Pat is past President of UUNET International, with a background in TTM companies including IBM, BT and MFS International. She has a portfolio of interests in the fixed, mobile and media sector. Pat is is Chairman of Rapid Mobile Media, and a Non- Executive Director of Pace Micro Technologies and Stepstone ASA. Pat holds a Masters Degree in Environment, Politics and Globalisation from Kings College David Owen David Owen helps companies to improve their internal operations and become more profitable. He has worked in a broad range of multi-national companies in the UK, North America and across Europe, raising performance levels, reducing waste and increasing profit. Sam Critchley Sam has has spent a number of years designing and supporting IP networks. He played a major role in the design and implementation of UUNET's backbone network in EMEA and in the consolidation of national networks over a uniform architecture. Arno Overmeer Arno has over 20 years experience of technical engineering and management in the Telecoms industry as Director of Engineering for UUNET and MCI EMEA. He is currently leading technical transformations of global enterprise networks, where LAN,WAN and DC’s support new ranges of converged business critical applications. Arno has wide experience of network design and implementation of converging network technologies. Michael Graham Michael has over 30 years experience in the IT and communications industry. He was VP of Planning & Engineering, responsible for WorldCom’s voice and data networks throughout the EMEA region, and prior to that in setting up UUNET’s network and operations organisation in EMEA. Before joining UUNET Michael spent many years with GE Information Services. Gail Smith Gail has worked in data and telecommunications for 20 years in both services and hardware industries. She led Level3 Communication’s start up as President of Europe. Prior to Level3, Gail helped found MFS International and was General Manager of its international network.
