Medicaid Updates July memo provided clarity on the required fee-for-service dollars going back to special-education MAC dollars are still allocated according to LEA determination; A revised draft will be posted in early March for another public comment period DPI has requested a ruling by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) DPI is advocating for LEA services to be part of the consideration under the revocation of the free-care policy
