Einstein students have traveled with World strides to Washington D.C. for the past 6 years. Each of the trips has been smooth, safe, and fun! As a Einstein staff member, I am very excited to be coordinating this trip.

40 plus years of experience. Over 30,000,000 students. Night chaperones in the hotels. Doctors on call. Representatives are on site.

Safety is a top priority with World Strides and Albert Einstein. At night, there will be a guard patrolling the hallways of the hotel. Students and parents will be able to call or text me on my cell phone for easy communication.

The early registration deadline for the 2017 trip is May 12 th There is a $49 non-refundable deposit that holds a spot for your child on the trip if you sign up by or before May 12 th. After May 12 th, the deposit is $99 to hold a spot.

On the World Strides letter in the packet, please look for the following important information. The trip ID # is You will need this ID# to register. The departure and return dates are from Tuesday, March 21, through Saturday, March 25, 2017.

The price is all-inclusive. That includes: airfare, transportation, admission prices, and all meals. The $49 (before May 12 th ) or $99 (after May 12 th ) non-refundable deposit holds a spot for your student. STUDENT: The discounted price of the trip is $ , quad occupancy, four people to a room, and a minimum of 35 students. ADULT: The discounted price of the trip is $ , double occupancy. The balance must be paid in full by beginning of January 2016.

Spread out payments with World strides easy installment program. Register before May 12 th and payments will be about $279 per month. *There is a $6 non-refundable handling fee on each installment payment if you do not select EZPay. EZPay Take advantage of the Ezpay program and have payments automatically deducted from your bank account and avoid handling fees.

$49 reduced deposit amount, after May 12 th the price increases to $99. $125 discount- after May 12 th the price of the trip increases $2, An additional $ protects your investment if you need to cancel for any reason.

In the brochure, the liability clause of World Strides, price and payment information, payment plans, late registration fees, late payment fees, when important information will be sent to you, medical insurance, behavior guidelines, the cancellation program, and full refund program benefits are explained.

Families with an annual adjusted gross income up to $85,000 may qualify. The application process is simple and confidential. For more information call World Strides Customer Service team at Information is also included in the registration letter.
