4 Reasons You Need Car Insurance

Whether you think you’re the best driver in the world, or you teach road rules for a living, you are not exempt from needing a good car insurance policy. A shocking 65% of South African Drivers do not have car insurance, with heavy repercussions. Having a car insurance policy can mean the difference between life or death when it comes to your finances, and that’s just one of the 4 Reasons You Need Car Insurance.

Reason 1: Pay a bit now and save a lot later on Without insurance, you put the safety of your savings and assets in jeopardy every time you get behind the wheel. Protect your pocket! With car insurance you pay a little bit each month rather than forking out a huge chunk for repairs, towing, lawyers fees or a whole new car!

Reason 2: Car insurance can help protect you from lawsuits If you’re in an accident, you could be responsible for paying someone else’s medical, vehicle replacement or repair bills. Your car insurance policy will pay for damages to someone else’s vehicle and can protect you from the risk of the hefty lawyers fees associated with certain types of collisions.

Reason 3: Car insurance will save you time and inconvenience when in accidents When you have car insurance, you won’t have to worry about waiting until you can afford a brand new car. A new vehicle, repairs and road-side assist are all things your car insurance policy will take care of for you, saving you time and inconvenience in the aftermath of an accident.

Reason 4: Peace of mind for you, the ace driver Sure, you might be the best driver you’ve ever known, but everyone else might not be. Protect yourself and your vehicle in the event of some other road-using dud causing damages to your car. If they don’t have their own insurance policy, you’ll be that much happier you have your own policy in place to protect you.

Now that you know how important it is, what are you waiting for? There is a car insurance policy for every person, pocket and motor car. Check out the animated video 4 Reasons You Need Car Insurance
