What is Sure Landscapes? Sure Landscapes is an add-on for SAP that allows Organisations to Transfer Development Objects seamlessly from one system to another without making use of Transports. Instead of using Transports, Sure Landscapes recreates each object on the target system making use of Standard BAPIs Simply perform a “backup” of a Development Class on the source system, and then perform an “install” on the target system and all the objects in that Development Class will be created and assigned to a new Transport The type of objects that Sure Landscapes caters for include: Packages Domains Domain Values Data Elements Database Tables Structures Sure Landscapes Programs Program Variants Program Text Elements Program Screens Program GUI Statuses

Sure Landscapes Selection Screen Simply enter in the Development Class you wish to backup/install, as well as a working directory on your Computer A “Test run” option is included so that checks can be done before backups/installs Sure Landscapes

Sure Landscapes Report Sure Landscapes will Summarise each run by listing all objects within a Development class together with a Status for each object, which will be one of the following: Green Traffic Light: Object successfully Processed Yellow Traffic Light: Object is not catered and will be ignored Red Traffic Light: Error processing Object Sure Landscapes

Sure Landscapes Working Directory A Sub-Directory will be created for each Development Class in the Target Directory Within the Development Class Directory, there will be multiple backup directories for each backup that has been done for that Development Class The Backup Directory name will be DDDDDDDD_TTTTTT where: DDDDDDDD: The Date of the backup TTTTTT: The Time of the backup Sure Landscapes
