 PI (Present illness) : 백혈병 치료 후 경과 관찰하는 환자로 금일 오전 등산 도중 갑자기 왼쪽 팔의 마비 증상 보여 본원 내원  PHx (Past history) : 2004 년 5 월 30 일 백혈병 (ALL) 진단받고 항암치료 후 경과 관찰 중 금일 오전 왼쪽 팔의 마비 증상 보여 본원 내원 - 진단 당시 유전자 특성 및 예후 인자 - 항암제 종류, 치료 횟수, 기간, 마지막 검사일, 검사결과 등
