Overview Message Center Widget The Message Center is located prominently at top left corner on the TD3 homepage. It is the only default widget for all TD3 users. It cannot be moved, minimised or closed. It displays the number of currently unread messages To read a message, click or tap a a category. As unread messages in each category are read, the message center widget reduces in size to save screen space. Message Center Widget
Overview Message Categories Message have three levels of importance. Essential, Priority and Normal. Normal The most common messages you will see will advise you of new publications added to TD3 These messages will generally be categorised as normal importance. Priority Some messages are categorised as priority – important to read. Generally these will be bulletins containing campaign information Essential Essential messages have their own behaviour in TD3. When you log-in to TD3, the message center will be opened by default if you have essential message waiting. Essential messages have this behaviour because we think you need to read this urgently. Overview Viewing Message Click or tap a message in the message center widget opens the message center reader view. Here you can view read and manage individual messages. Message Center
Overview Message Categories Click or tap a message in the message center widget opens the message center reader view. Here you can view read and manage individual messages. When selected, each message describes it’s content. Click or tap the “View Publication” button to view the content. Message Center
Overview Managing Messages You can sort messages by priority Delete selected viewed messages. Note 1: All Normal and Priority messages are removed from view at 30 days from sending. TME retains an audit log of all unread messages. Note 2: You cannot respond to messages. This is not an system. Message Center
Overview Acknowledge Messages Sometimes, you will receive messages that require acknowledgement to confirm you have read and understood the message. You cannot delete a message that requires acknowledgement until it has been read and acknowledged. Message Center
Overview Sending Messages #1 The ability to send messages is role dependant. If you do not see this widget. Either: -Your role does not have permission to send messages. -Messaging functions have not yet been enabled in your market The message system is not intended as an tool. The intention is that users can react and respond to messages but not correspond within them. ! Warning ! The message system is a very basic tool at this time. More functionality will be added as we develop and progress. Once you send a message, it cannot be retrieved or deleted. Quick send message widget

You cannot send messages to individuals, only groups. 2)Select the target language. This does not translate language but sets a route to users for markets which support multiple languages. If you send a message in the default language for your market (French) users will see messages in the language you use. If you have two default languages (French & German) you need to send a second message with German language selected as target.. 3)Add a subject. 4)Add a message. You have up to 7000 characters, No more. 5)Set an importance. Please see slide 4 on message categories, importance and behaviour. 6)Set acknowledgement if this is required.
