Computer Settings required for participating in e-tender-cum-e-Auction STEPS FOR ENABLE ACTIVE X CONTROL for Internet Explorer (IE) E 6.0 to IE 9.0 version Open Internet Explorer – go to “Tools” → click → Internet options → click → click Security → click on Custom Level In the Security settings enable all the points which deal with ‘Active X’ → click on O.K. A message will appear stating that “you are changing security settings in this area” → Accept the same → click on ‘O.K.’ Log out & close the browser for the changes to take effect → create a fresh log in & bid.

Points to be noted With respect to inward remittance of Buyer Registration Fee, Pre-bid EMD, the foreign bidders should ensure the credit of exact amount of USD in MSTC account as stipulated in e-tender cum e-auction catalogue. MSTC will not be responsible for any deduction in course of transmission of amount credited in MSTC account and subsequent consequences. The bid value shall be the basic price of the material exclusive of all applicable levies, Duties etc., in per MT in INR or USD. The exchange rate will be displayed in the auction floor. The bidders shall quote for entire lot quantity in per MT basis only. Exchange Rate shall be indicated as notified by RBI one day before start of the e-Auction. (EXAMPLE: 1$ USD = (ROUNDING 2 DECIMALS) Minimum increment in INR 5000/- (for Indian Bidders) or 100 USD for foreign bidders
