How does the system WORK? Must have Impro’s Access Portal access control solution installed (software and hardware) Estate Portal is a web solution, that communicates to the access control system Charged on a monthly basis, based on number of residences/units, coupled with monthly SMS bundle Wide variety of add-on products, such as handheld units, scanners and printers can be supplied

How it works: PRE-ANNOUNCED INVITE Home owner logs into the web portal via smart phone, tablet or laptop Enters the details of their visitor and submits Visitor receives an and/or SMS with a one- time pin – visit is automatically saved to their calendar (iCal)

How it works: PRE-ANNOUNCED ARRIVE Guard validates visitor: scan licenses, photograph, fingerprint … Visitor enters one time pin into keypad, or handheld unit of guard Access is granted. Optional SMS sent to homeowner to announce arrival of visitor

How it works: PRE-ANNOUNCED EXIT Upon departure, same one time pin is used to exit Pin expires upon exit At any time, a report can be generated to show which visitors are on site and at which location

How it works: CONTRACTORS Homeowner logs into the web portal to register their contractor Issues the contractor with an one time pin (sms and/or ) for a set duration Automatically registers the contractor on the estate’s access control system Contractor arrives on site, is authorised by the guard and has access to the specific residence On exit the pin expires (if one day access); or allows multiple entries until expiry date, within predetermined times
