Vision (What we are going to be?) A company that draw inspirations from nature to communicate Taiwanese green culture and further present the close connection between the land and our live. Mission (What are we going to do?) “It’s O’right” is O’right mission statement. This statement is all about love and care, now and forever. O’right is determined to do things that are good and “all right” to the earth. The big letter “O” represents the beautiful Earth. If I am the top manager of O’ right, the specific environment that I will more concern about are the actions from the competitors and the public pressure group. If I am the top manager of O’ right, the general environment that I will more concern about are the changes of global, sociocultural, economic and political or legal situations. International trend influences the way of how to live more eco-friendly. Global More and more people realize the environmental awareness recent years. Sociocultural How much percentage of material purchased global and domestic which influences the cost of goods purchased. Economic Whether our ingredients abide the law of environmental regulations and aim to get the “Green Mark”. Political/Legal O’right Genaral Environment

All these information could be gathered by both formal and informal meetings. Formal meetings are useful to collect information which are otherwise required to carry out the tasks and assignments. Informal talk with the employees are more useful to know the things in which employees feel hesitant to discuss freely. How to collect the information?

If I am the first-line manager of O’ right, the specific environment that I will more concern about are the actions from the suppliers and the customers. How to change traditional PET bottle into recyclable pot How to use “bamboo” as the main material of the bottle Technological Target points at parents who have elders or children at home Because O’right has cooperate with more than 7000 salons in Taiwan,we will target people who go to salon Demographic O’right Specific Environment

In order to collect these information, a first-line manager will seek the help of his colleagues. He will also try to observe the things in the environment like ask people to fill in a questionnaire. How to collect the information

CHARACTERITIES OF PEOPLE WHO WORK IN O’RIGHT

People who work in O’right would be jovial, open-minded yet full of responsibility. Firstly, I think they are jovial because the things they try to do are a heroic works that will save the Earth. This would also be the reason of they are responsible, they have an enormous sense of mission in saving the Earth. Employees in O’right would also be open-minded in accepting the new green ideas so that their products will get improvement and become the leading products in the green cosmetic industry.
