Demands, Responsibilities and Number of Authorized Physicans Demands: Medical examinations according to the BG-Regulation G 1.2 „Asbestos“ may be carried out only by physicans - with specialized expertise, - with appropriate technical equipment, staff and premises, - who perform at least 30 examinations per year. Responsibilities: - Documentation of examination on a given data sheet - Storage of documents for 30 years, at most to age 75 of employee - Claim of Occupational Disease (in case of well-founded suspicion) - Participation in further training At present physicans are authorized for medical examination „G 1.2“.
