The exisiting copying agreement Kopinor and the Norwegian Association of Higher Education Institutions (UHR) negotiate a Model agreement. The existing agreement was originally negotiated in 2002, amended in 2009, and has been extended to 2013 All universities and university colleges in Norway individually commit to the pre-negotiated agreement UHR and Kopinor will negotiate a new agreement for 2014 Kopinor has commited itself to deliver a system for digital course packs 5
