Why is it important to study geography? 3 min WARM UP QUESTION

 Based off the words Earth and to write: “Describes the earth”  Ask the questions of where and why as all is based off of place  Where are people and activities found of Earth  Why they are in those location GEOGRAPHY

 Divided into two categories but still ask where and why  Human Geo: Study of where and why human activities are located  religions, businesses, and cities  Physical Geo: where an why natural forces occur  Climates, landforms, and vegetation  Geographers combine both to study the interactions between human and Physical HUMAN VS PHYSICAL GEOGRAPHY
