2 Event Details This is an Annual conference of PMI Chapter leaders In 2016, PMI Greater New Orleans Chapter is hosting the PMI Region 6 Leadership Conference at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel in downtown New Orleans across the street from the French Quarter Conference starts Friday evening February 26 th with a reception and ends at noon Sunday, February 28 th Region 6 consists of 24 chapters in 8 states (Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas) with an estimated 25,000 members Conference will attract from 175 to 225 PMI chapter leaders

3 Planning Phase Program Keynote Speaker – selected by PMI GNO Chapter Program – defined by PMI Chapter Liaison and PMI Region 6 Mentor Sheraton Hotel Venue Contract signed for dates and meeting space Hotel rooms reserved for conference attendees Conference room configurations are in place for the program Food and Beverage selections will begin in January Audio / Visual contract is in draft pending final program
