This is our school. It is called St. Colmcille’s N.S. We are situated in the very centre of Ireland.

This means ‘Welcome’ in our language.

This is the entrance to our school with our School Crest on the blind.

We have lovely gardens around our school.

They look really nice in Spring

We have quite a big school with lots of space all around it. We have a big garden at the back where we play football. We have a tar mac court at the front where we play basketball.

These are some more views of the surrounds of our school.

This is our football field & behind that we have a wooded area where we sometimes go for Nature Walks

Our Courtyard We also have a courtyard in the centre of our school where we grow flowers.

We also have some lovely trees which are just beginning to bloom. The tree on the right is a White Cherry Blossom & the tree on the left is a Pink Cherry Blossom.

We also try to look after the environment. We have a bird table where we feed the birds in Winter & our school is also a ‘Litter Free’ School!
