The Olympic Games for the handicapped The Paralympic Games: It is held for the physically disabled athletes. The Special Olympics: It is held for the mentally disabled athletes.

Fast reading  How often is the Special Olympics held? Every four years.  Who participate in it? Mentally disabled athletes.  When was it started? It was started in 1968.
