Students need to be progressing towards a level 6a in English and a reference from their English teacher is required to study AS Critical Thinking. THE GRID – WHAT I NEED TO KNOW 1. English, maths and science are core subjects. 2. PE and RE are compulsory, PE is not examined however RE is. 3. You will have four choices and it is highly recommended that you choose an EBACC subject (highlighted in blue), if not then you must discuss this with your HOLC or PM. 4.
