Waste Management’s Alternative Proposal… Page 10©2012 Waste Management We are deeply committed to finding a way to a Healthy Inglewood and our alternative proposal is an example of just one of many innovative solutions to the significant challenges the City is facing. The WM alternative proposal offers all elements contained within our basic proposal, with the following changes: $5 million up front payment versus $6 million Bin push-out fees of less than 15 ft. reinstated “Drive-in service” fees reinstated Servicing residential and mutifamily recycling containers every other week versus every week as called for in the RFP and draft contract
