The WM alternative proposal offers all elements contained within our basic proposal, with the following changes: $5 million up front payment versus $6 million Bin push-out fees of less than 15 ft. reinstated “Drive-in service” fees reinstated Servicing residential and mutifamily recycling containers every other week versus every week as called for in the RFP and draft contract
