V ISION AND M ISSION Vision “A Jamaican workforce trained and certified to international standards, stimulating employment-creating investments, contributing to the improved productivity, competitiveness and prosperity of individuals, enterprises and the nation.” Mission The HEART Trust/NTA is committed to the systematic design, development and delivery of an integrated, flexible and responsive Technical, Vocational Education and Training (TVET) system enabling a productive workforce for national priorities and global competitiveness. 2
