The Tourism and Hospitality industry is a 3.5 trillion dollar service sector within the global economy. Tourism and Hospitality is one of the largest industries in Australia accounting for 600,000 jobs. In 2010 there were 275,400 people employed under Tourism and Hospitality in NSW.
