How have your partnerships grown/changed? How are university providers working with the new model? Does your district prepare its own principals? Why did you decide that this was the route that you would take? How are university faculty or other providers engaged in instruction, supervision and other support? As a higher education faculty member at a provider institution, how has the initiative impacted your work? How has your program contributed to the initiative? Can you identify the criteria that you used in joining the partnership?

Has the state made modifications for your candidates in light of the partnership? How did you interface with the community, school board members, practicing and aspiring principals, and with teachers in the district or at your institution? How do you match aspiring principals to mentors? Do state regulations and/or accreditation issues and standards mesh with your principal pipeline activities? How do you ensure that partners such as the teachers organization, local universities and the your state educational agency are a part of the vision?
