Sources of fund  Equity Shares o These shares are mostly distributed to collect fund. They are the promoters of the company. Almost 50% of the required capital has borrowed from such shares.  Preference shares o They just invest in company to get safety and good return. So not more than 25% of the fund is taken up from preference shares.

 Debentures o They are the creditors of the company. They has give the money to the company in the form of loan. They just need return in form of interest, so maximum 15% fund we have taken from such members.  Bank Loan o In future, if we need money for certain contingencies than in order to approach bank, there must be good relation with bank, which is possible through bank loan and daily transaction with bank. So we approach to bank for remaining funds.

Funds are distributed to the various department according to the need of the finance to the departments. Capital is mostly used by Purchasing department. This department needs money to purchase Raw Materials and supply to production department.
