Shipments – Business Rules To create a shipment, order lines cannot be in an ‘Archived’ or ‘Rejected’ state Only one line item is permitted per shipment notification that is created. The actual shipment of goods can include multiple items. Set Up Default Values 28 There are some data values that you might use all of the time on shipments – such as a ‘Carrier Company’. These data values are set up in the ‘Supplier Attributes’ section so they prepopulate when a shipment is created. You must have an administrator role to set up the preferences. If you are an admin, your role on the top of the screen will say ‘SAdmin’. The default values apply to all users’ shipments for that organization. However, any user that creates a shipment has the option to edit the default values.
