Crisis of storage and uncertainty of procurement of mustard. Major shortage & crisis of Urea/DAP in these days of plenty showing. In National Horticulture Mission greater flexibility need to be provided by taking up programmes and selection of crops / fruit plants as per need of the area of the State.
