The activity is now submitted to the system Details tab will show the comments and the funding agency
Through monthly reporting tab you will be able to report on each indicator on monthly bases
Attach different types of files (photos, word docs., excel)

FAQs Q1: Can an organization view other organization’s data? A: Yes, data can be viewed by everyone. Q2: Can an organization edit another organization’s data? A: No, users from an organization can only edit the data of their own organization. Q3: Does ActivityInfo allow the user to upload files? A: Yes, attachments can be uploaded when the user is on the data entry page. Q4: Does ActivityInfo replace narrative reporting? A: No, ActivityInfo is a reporting tool and it does not relieve partners from other required documents, but reporting on indicators will be done only in ActivityInfo on a monthly basis. Q5: How many people from one organization can edit the data on ActivityInfo? A: There is no limit on the number of users, it is the responsibility of each organization to decide the number of users for their organization. Q6: After a submission, can an organization modify its data on ActivityInfo? A: After submitting the monthly results, partners cannot modify the data on their own. They should contact the relevant sector lead/co-lead and IM focal point to clarify the needs of modifying submitted data. This will ensure the quality of the reported information. Q7: Can I export the result to Excel? A: Yes, ActivityInfo allows the user to make use of Pivot Table reporting to organize and create customized tables.
