Request rosters for each capstone 3. Created Excel spreadsheet for each class roster and rubric 4. spreadsheet to capstone instructor 5. Instructors insert data on capstone assessment; to GEP Director & Chair 6. Departments expected to review data & implement action plans if needed 7. GEP Director forwards instructor s to Technical Analyst 8. Analyst compiles data, creates pivot tables of university data; identifies missing data 9. Data shared at workshops & faculty institutes; Departments analyze their own data “And this is where our work flow redesign team went insane...”
