Ayurveda- the science of life From India Grounded in metaphysics…5 great elements: earth, air, fire, water, ether (space) Also focuses on exercise, yoga, meditation, and massageyogameditation massage

Acupuncture insertion of extremely thin needles in your skin at strategic points on your body. Traditional Chinese theory explains it is a technique for balancing the flow of energy or life force — known as qi or chi (chee) — believed to flow through pathways (meridians) in your body. By inserting needles into specific points along these meridians, acupuncture practitioners believe that your energy flow will re-balance.

Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment starts with the analysis of the entire system, then focuses on the correction of pathological changes through readjusting the functions of the organs. Disruption of chi is externalized

Homeopathy Like cures like Minimal Dose The remedy is taken in an extremely dilute form; normally one part of the remedy to around 1,000,000,000,000 parts of water. The Single Remedy No matter how many symptoms are experienced, only one remedy is taken, and that remedy will be aimed at all those symptoms.
