Between 1995 – 2010 ADB sold worldwide over 15 million digital set-top boxes across all television transmission platforms including cable, IPTV, satellite and terrestrial. ADB's products are conceived and designed in R&D Centre located in Zielona Gora, western Poland - home to a team of highly educated design engineers, consisting of 10PhDs and over 270 MScs. ADB has over 200 patent applications to-date and a number ADB Poland of world-first solutions that have since been mass-produced.

Tertiary education centers - I Słubice - The Collegium Polonicum is a cross-border, academic institution which was jointly brought into being by the European University Viadrina and the A. Mickiewicz University. For 2000 students lecturers are led in English, German and Polish. 16 institutions offering tertiary education are in located in 9 towns of Lubuskie Province, but most important centers are in:  Zielona Góra (5 centres including university)  Gorzów Wielkopolski (4 centres)  Sulechów (1)  Słubice (1) Among institutions offering tertiary education are:  university (5 years study) - 1  school / college of economics - 1  higher vocational schools (3 years study) - 7  branches of other academies and universities - 7 Academic teachers (2008/2009) Students (2008/2009)

The graduates are an important human resource for local business /including high-tech branch/, eductaion, public administration, finanse and insurance. There is still no possiblity to study law in Lubuskie Province.
