Migration and asylum Statistics of International Migrations Migrations flows Current situation  Statistics of international migrations (migrations flows) is collected from 2010 (2009 -Pilot);  The source of data is the Register of permanent or temporary residence of Montenegrin citizens and foreigners from Ministry of the Interior;  Definitions in accordance with regulative 862/2007, except definition on emigration. Definitions are in accordance with regulative. The data are not submitted. Migrations and asylum Statistics of International Migrations Plans  Signing an Agreement between Ministry of the Interior and Statistical Office shall contribute the elaboration of the legal obligation of Ministry of the Interior of data submitting from the field of acquisition and loss of citizenship;  Harmonization with the definition of emigration;  Harmonization of the population registry with the needs of Statistics. Migrations and asylum Asylum Current situation  The Directorate of Asylum at the Ministry of the Interior is responsible for evidence of asylum seekers;  Positive legal system in Montenegro in the field of asylum is largely in accordance with the Regulative 862/2007;  There are not data about approval or revocation of residence permit for humanitarian reasons and about resettlement of people to third country;  The data is not submitted to EUROSTAT.
