There are 3 types of MailVu account: a) Free without signing up; b) Free account with sign-up and additional benefits; c) Business account.

s u t t o n c o l l e g e Log onto mailVu website. Click ‘Allow’ to enable your webcam to connect to flashplayer. Click on ‘Record’ button to begin presentation/recording. Click on ‘Stop’ button. Press ‘Play’ if you wish to review. Press ‘Send’ and fill out the Details boxes with your e mail and recipient’s plus subject info as necessary.

s u t t o n c o l l e g e You can send a copy of the to yourself. You can be notified when message is read so tick appropriate boxes. Press ‘Send’ and then ‘OK’. Recipient clicks and views the message – can reply using MailVu instantly.

s u t t o n c o l l e g e BENEFITS OF SIGNING UP TO FREE ACCOUNT: You can access the videos you have already sent and re-send them or see how many times they have been viewed. You can see the videos which have been sent to you as well. You can set the video to destroy itself after a certain number of viewings or days. When you make a recording, all the info. needed is on one screen; you can simply send the video.
