What is a Payroll Debit Card? What is a Payroll Debit Card?  A secure way to electronically distribute corporate payroll, bonuses, commissions, reimbursements, and more  A program that enables employees to have safe and convenient access to their funds with no pre-qualifications or bank account required  A way to provide optional bundled benefits to employees (e.g., saving on money transfer to family and friends, access to emergency cash, Health Insurance, etc.)
