3 JIRA in BE-CO: a bit of history Used in many projects for years but – Usage limited to basic functionalities & software projects. – No sharing among teams. – Many reluctant persons First acceleration with ACCOR & 2014 dry-runs – 1 JIRA task per upgrade assigned to the expert & followed by MCC – Dry-run: 1 JIRA task per pre-requisite + 1 JIRA per test Second acceleration with Exploitation – Scope extended to all CO + EQ GP involved in controls – Some rules put in place to enforce JIRA usage – Essential tool for monitoring our controls’ health BI Seminar 20 November 2015
