Who are we? Member owned and governed – a made in Ontario solution founded by Ontario greenhouses in 1988 We are agriculturally focused specializing in energy solutions. Our role is “to commercialize energy policy for the benefit of agriculture by minimizing costs and de-risking your energy spend” We apply a competitive break-even costing model and our profits are distributed back to Members as dividends, patronage rebates or enhanced share value. Our Offering: Fixed prices for one + years (nat. gas & electricity) Floating prices Large and medium volumes per member (currently non- ECPA only; < 50,000 m3 nat. gas/yr. and <150,000 kWh/yr. ) Invoice assessment to identify opportunities for improvement or savings Industry advice and energy forecasts Utility representation and support Consolidate member needs for better buying power / leverage Representation of Members needs (i.e. Energy, ORPP, Cap & Trade, CHSOP, etc).
