What is AcademyHealth? The professional home for health services researchers, policy analysts, and practitioners.

What is Public Health Systems Research? “A field of study that examines the organization, financing, and delivery of public health services within communities, and the impact of these services on population health.”

AcademyHealth’s Current PHSR Activities Foster a network of researchers, and users of research, through our PHSR Interest Group; Sponsor national conferences that bring together researchers and policy makers, thereby moving research to inform policy and practice; and Oversee investigator-initiated grant program on PHSR in order to build the evidence base.
